RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous analysis of ambroxol hydrochloride and nitazoxanide in API and tablet dosage form

Present work is aimed to develop a new simple, fat, rapid, accurate, efficient, and reproducible RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous analysis of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Nitazoxanide in API& tablet dosage form. The chromatographic separation was performed using phenomenex C18 Column having dimensions 4.6x250mm particle size 5 µm, with mobile phase consisting Buffer PH-3.5 Acetonitrile (40:60% v/v), flow rate adjusted 1.0ml/min detection wavelength at 235 nm. proposed has been validated linearity, range, precision, accuracy robustness were within acceptance limit according ICH Q2B guidelines. retention times 2.985 mins 5.581 respectively. linearity concentration range 7.5 µg/ml 45 25 150 correlation coefficient 0.999 % RSD system precision found be 0.212 0.160% repeatability 0.2 0.12, intermediate 0.06 percentage purity 99.93% 99.35% robust even by change ±5% less condition.
